The Firechief® Global Culture Champion for the first Sprint in 2025 has been announced, and our congratulations go to Supply Chain Assistant, Rob McPherson.

Culture Champion is voted for by the Firechief® team and is awarded to the employee who they believe has demonstrated some (or even all) of our seven values including driving for growth and success, being creative and embracing change, having fun and living the family spirit.

The latest Culture Champion Award was handed out at our most recent One Team One Vision event, and was given to Rob for 6 of our 7 values.

• For implementing automation in reporting which is driving efficiencies across the business
• Rob is always keen to help and assist with anything you may require, is always open to work and is incredibly supportive of the teams and colleagues around them
• Always helpful and polite, getting various jobs done (beyond his job description) and making his team tea
