The Firechief® Culture Champion for Sprint 3 in 2024 has been announced, and our congratulations go to NPD and Sourcing Manager, Krystal Suffling, who adds this award to her recent Shout-Out success.

Culture Champion is voted for by every member of the Firechief® Global team and is awarded to the employee who has demonstrated some of our seven values including driving for growth and success, being creative and embracing change, having fun and living the family spirit.

In Krystal’s case, the Culture Champion Award was given for working hard and making an impact. Some of the feedback received as part of the nomination included:

• Krystal’s hard work on NPD projects, helping with the catalogue and various other tasks. She is always willing to help
• She has a consistent pursuit of the goal
• Always professional, polite and offers to help with anything

Krystal joined the Firechief® team in April 2024 and is passionate about finding and developing innovative solutions to meet complex needs. She describes herself as creative, positive and driven which are all traits we have seen in the latest sprint and contributed to her receiving the award.

She becomes the third and final Culture Champion in 2024, following in the footsteps of Lucy Green from Sprint 2 and Dominic Freckingham from Sprint 1.
