She enjoys helping people and finding ways to create positive customer experiences, qualities that will make her a valuable addition to the Firechief® Global Customer Success team.

Rona’s Fire Safety Advice
For Rona, one of the most important aspects of fire safety is being prepared before an emergency happens.
“Check your smoke alarms regularly and make sure everyone knows the emergency escape plan. Being prepared can save lives.”
Outside of Work
Outside of work, Rona enjoys singing and listening to music, which she describes as her favourite way to relax and recharge.
She also values spending quality time with her children.
