Bringing with him a strong background in sales, business development, operations, and client-facing roles across a variety of industries, Jose joins us as a Specification Research Administrator.
Throughout his career, Jose has worked in fast-paced environments where communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail have been essential to success. These experiences have helped shape his adaptable, focused, and driven approach to work.
What attracted Jose to Firechief® Global was the opportunity to be part of a company with genuine purpose behind what it does.
“Fire safety is something that directly impacts people’s lives, businesses, and communities, and that immediately stood out to me. I wanted to join a team where the work genuinely matters while continuing to grow professionally alongside experienced people in the industry.”
In his new role, Jose will focus on research, data accuracy, and supporting the wider team with reliable information and insights. A key part of his role involves identifying and organising project opportunities and helping support business development efforts across the company.
What excites Jose most is knowing that even behind-the-scenes work can have a real impact on the bigger picture.
“I enjoy analytical work, learning new systems, and being part of a team that values precision, collaboration, and continuous improvement.”
When it comes to innovation in fire safety, Jose is particularly interested in how technology is making fire safety more proactive and intelligent.
“There’s a noticeable shift toward integrated systems, real-time monitoring, and data-driven solutions that help businesses respond faster and manage risks more effectively. The balance between innovation and trust is something that makes this field especially interesting.”
One fire safety tip Jose would like to share is:
A lot of serious incidents can be prevented by consistently following the basics — regular equipment checks, clear evacuation routes, and ensuring procedures are truly understood, not just written down.
Outside of work, Jose enjoys spending quality time with his family, especially his children. His youngest daughter dreams of becoming a doctor, and supporting his family’s future is a huge source of motivation for him both personally and professionally.
Jose also shares that having a son with autism has given him a different perspective on life, teaching him patience, gratitude, and the importance of valuing time with loved ones.
