As today (4 May) is International Firefighters Day*, Firechief feels it fitting to announce that three of its staff members have successfully completed their BAFE Training. The four-day course and certification examination means that Josy Faulkner and Robin Smith from the Customer Service team and Compliance Manager Duncan Lindsell, are now fully up to date with the latest best practice and regulatory requirements for the servicing and maintenance of portable fire extinguishers.

‘Our friendly, technically qualified team knows the fire protection business inside out’; said Managing Partner, Laurie Pollard.  ‘If you need advice or guidance about any product or fire safety application, one of our experienced team will have the answer.  All carry formal qualifications or are in training for recognised certificates and have been trained in customer care’.
