One Team One Vision: Firechief® Team Day

On the 29th of September, the Firechief® team gathered together at Rutland Hall Hotel to look into the future, share plans, and build rockets!

With presentations from Laurie Pollard, Managing Director, and the heads of all departments, the team were given a thorough overview of what they’re aiming for and how each and every person can help get there.

There was a real emphasis on the importance of teamwork and the value that each individual can bring to the table.

Accompanied by branded stationary and Firechief® hampers, the day was a deep dive into all things Firechief® – as you can see from the images below!

The presentations were punctuated by games and team activities and concluded with a competition to conceptualise a rocket brand, complete with a prototype, sponsors, logo, and team name. Three innovative companies were borne, with Firechief® Space Agency taking the win after a stratospheric test launch – and losing their prototype over a nearby hedge!

Sentura Group and Firechief® also have a tradition of awarding a peer-nominated ‘Values Champion’. For this third, it was awarded to Supply Chain Co-ordinator Megan Pollard for going above and beyond when assisting others and exemplifying the Firechief® culture.
