Firechief Flame Retardant Spray is a water-based fire proofing spray that will treat any water-absorbent material, including natural and synthetic materials and fabrics. It is very easy to apply as it comes in a 750ml trigger spray container. A 750ml container can flameproof an area of between 7.5 and 11.25 square metres.

The retardant works by creating an invisible layer that deflects heat and once applied, the spray can achieve standards of BS476: parts 6 and 7 for wall coverings, paper and card, as well as BS5867 part 2 for A&B fabrics, and BS5852 part 2 for natural and mixed fibres.
