Supporting the People Who Protect Us: Firechief® Partners with the Fire Fighters Charity

At Firechief®, fire safety is not just what we do — it is why we exist. For more than 60 years we have been committed to making the world a safer place, and that commitment does not stop at the products we make. It extends to the people who put themselves in harm's way every single day to protect others.

That is why we are proud to announce that for the next four months, our chosen charity partner is the Fire Fighters Charity.

About the Fire Fighters Charity

The Fire Fighters Charity is the UK fire family's charity. It provides clinical care and wellbeing support to serving and retired fire and rescue service personnel and their families, helping them to adapt to physical, emotional and social challenges — from injury and illness to the transition into life after service.

With three residential centres across the UK — in Devon, Cumbria and West Sussex — and a growing range of digital and community-based programmes, the charity is there for the approximately 300,000 people who make up the UK's fire services community. Crucially, it receives no government funding. It relies entirely on the generosity of supporters.

Why This Cause Matters to Us

The connection feels straightforward. The fire and rescue community are our community. Our products are on fire engines and in fire stations across the UK. Fire safety professionals and installers are at the heart of what we do every day. Supporting the people behind the profession is a natural extension of the Firechief® purpose.

As a business, we choose three charity partners each year — causes our team genuinely cares about. The Fire Fighters Charity was a unanimous choice.

Our Target: £1,000

Over the next four months, we are aiming to raise £1,000 for the Fire Fighters Charity. To put that in context, every £40 raised provides a day's recuperation for a firefighter and their family. Every £300 keeps the charity's support line running for a day. Every pound counts.
