We’re delighted to welcome Jo Kelly to the Firechief® Customer Success team.

With a wealth of knowledge and experience from over 25 years in the customer service sector, Jo has hit the ground running with the team!

Having worked in the insurance, finance, and retail industries, Jo is looking forward to learning all about the fire industry and helping the brand continue to grow in 2024.

Jo has spent her first few months getting to know our products, customers, and processes. She's been a fantastic addition to the team, winning the T3 Culture Champion award for her outlook and contribution to the team up to December 2023.

In her spare time, Jo loves all things netball – umpiring and playing when she can and involved in Loughborough Lightning netball!

She also spends a lot of time with her friends and family, especially helping her daughters look after their two horses.
