We’re delighted to welcome Liam to the Firechief® team.
Bringing with him 10 years of experience in the engineering industry, primarily across operations and supply chain, Liam joins us as Operations & Supply Chain Administrator.
Liam began his career working in Stores for a slip ring provider within the wind industry, progressing to Stores Supervisor before moving into a Purchasing role. He later became a Production Planner for a manufacturer of cherry pickers and crushers within the construction industry, before stepping into a Warehouse Manager position.
He decided to apply to Firechief® Global because our values and ethics aligned closely with his own. After attending his interview, that belief was reinforced.

In his new role, Liam is excited to use his experience to help make our supply chain more efficient and effective. He’ll be working closely with suppliers to reduce late deliveries, improve stock availability and help drive profitability across the business.
When it comes to innovation in fire safety, Liam is particularly interested in the growing use of lithium-ion batteries.
“The increase in lithium-ion batteries in households, electric cars, e-scooters and e-bikes means it’s important to have the right safety products in place. Seeing the continued development of solutions to prevent and manage these fires is exciting to be a small part of.”
One fire safety tip Liam would like to share with everyone is:
Test your smoke alarms weekly to make sure they work. They will save your life if there is a fire in your house.
Outside of work, Liam is passionate about fitness and sport. He has played football since the age of four and trains at the gym six days a week. This year, he’s aiming to compete in his first Hyrox event in April and his first Metrix event in Cardiff in June.
Away from sport, Liam enjoys spending time with his wife and three children and taking their dogs for long walks in the countryside.

Looking ahead to his first year at Firechief® Global, Liam’s goal is to settle into the role, fully understand all processes and tasks, and make meaningful contributions that positively impact the business.
