We're excited to welcome Jess Charles to the Firechief® Global team as our new Customer Success Assistant!

Jess brings a strong background in customer-focused roles, including pet travel consultancy and clinical trials coordination. She's looking forward to a new challenge in the fire safety industry, and we’re thrilled to have her onboard.

Outside of work, Jess enjoys football (she’s been playing since she was 5!), baking, and walks with her two dogs, Barney and Billie 🐾
