We’re delighted to welcome Andrea to the Firechief® team.
Bringing with her an impressive 27 years of experience in the motor insurance industry, Andrea joins us as a Customer Success Advisor. Over the course of her career, she progressed from advisor to Operations Manager, before co-founding and running her own brokerage business alongside her husband for the past eight years.
Originally planning to support the business for just a couple of years, Andrea played a key role in its success before deciding it was time for a new challenge. After discovering Firechief® Global through an advert, she was drawn to the opportunity to step into something new and exciting.
In her new role, Andrea is particularly excited to learn all about fire safety and everything it involves, bringing her wealth of customer-focused experience into a completely new industry.
When it comes to innovation in fire safety, Andrea has been especially intrigued by lithium-ion battery solutions:
“Since starting here, learning about lithium-ion products has really excited me as I never knew anything about them before.”
One fire safety tip Andrea would like to share is:
Avoid charging your mobile phone under your pillow — it’s a simple habit change that can make a big difference.
Outside of work, Andrea has recently taken up weight training and is enjoying building her fitness. She is also a member of a rock choir, combining her love of music and singing, which she’s had since childhood. When she’s not training or singing, she enjoys long walks with her dogs.
