Christmas Lunch at Firechief® Global

Members of the Firechief® Global Senior Leadership Team prepared and served a delicious Christmas lunch at our Oakham office.

The two-course menu featured delicious, glazed ham rolls and marinated grilled halloumi with triple-fried rustic fries; followed by espresso martini tiramisu, mixed berries and cream for dessert.

Firechief staff were treated to a Christmas lunch prepared and served by the SLT — *Members of the Firechief team enjoyed a fabulous festive lunch*

Mocktails were also prepared by hand with Managing Director, Laurie Pollard, and Sales and Marketing Manager, Ian Poole, serving the delicious and refreshing drinks.

The team Christmas lunch was a tremendous success and formed part of an exciting day in the office which also featured the awarding of the Sprint 3 Culture Champion Award, and the culmination of the long-running Firechief® Darts League, won by the duo of Laurie Pollard and Jo Kelly who pipped Sean Hutchinson and Paula Diep to the title in a gripping final.
